Helping

We know your time is precious, and we’re honored you’re considering 7more. There’s no pressure to commit to a set schedule—you choose how and when to help. Prison volunteer shifts are available five days a week, and our automated system lets you select only the shifts convenient for you. You can also answer calls from home, mentor, or donate needed items. Help how you can, as often as you can.
