Our Story

Our Journey and Vision

7More was born out of a deep desire to address the challenges faced by those reentering society after incarceration. Founded in 2016 by Josh and Debs Walker, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization has been on a mission to bridge the gap between release and reintegration. In the beginning, our focus was on immediate, practical support—helping individuals find housing, employment, and community.

What We’ve Achieved

Over the past years, we’ve evolved into a comprehensive support system, impacting over 46,000 lives through our "Seven Steps Program." Our success is built on understanding the unique challenges each person faces and providing tailored support that truly makes a difference. We’ve seen firsthand the power of early intervention and consistent support in reducing recidivism rates.

Our Current Mission

Today, 7More is more than just a program; it's a lifeline. Our call center operates around the clock, offering resources that range from counseling to job referrals and mentorship. We’re continuously refining our approach, using data and feedback to enhance our services and ensure that everyone we help has the best chance at a fresh start.

Where We’re Going

Looking ahead, we’re focused on scaling our impact. We aim to expand our reach across the nation, forming strategic partnerships, and utilizing innovative technologies to better serve our community. Our vision for the future is a world where every returning citizen is met with the support they need to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to society.

$30 per month supports 12 prisoners a year on their journey to reintegration.
